Abstract
A label-free electrochemical immunosensor, based on nickel oxide (NiO) thin film, for the detection of low density lipoprotein (LDL) has been proposed. P-type semiconducting NiO thin film was deposited by \RF\ sputtering technique and its properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The NiO thin film was utilized as an efficient matrix for the covalent immobilization of apolipoprotein B-100 antibody using EDC/NHS chemistry. The immunoelectrode, thus prepared, was studied using differential pulse voltammetry, cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The impedimetric response of the immunosensor exhibited a high sensitivity of 12 k? ?M?1 over a wide linear range (0.018
Microsoft is Ending Support for Windows 7
Microsoft will discontinue support for Windows 7 on January 14, 2020 which means Gamry will also be discontinuing support for Windows 7. If you are upgrading to Windows 10, like many companies and institutions, you need to be running Version 7 of our s oftware . Please note that only USB and Ethernet-based instruments can run in Version 7. Eligible users can download the latest version of our software through our online Client Portal .
If you haven't already registered your instrument, you can do so through the Client Portal .
