Abstract

The demand for supercapacitors with high energy density has been increasing to meet the requirements of recycle energy systems. In this work, a composite material consists of Ni(OH)2 nanowires and graphite foam was prepared by a facile and low cost hydrothermal method. The structure and morphology of the composite were characterized by \N2\ physisorption, X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy. The capacitive properties of the samples were tested by cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge
