Abstract

Electric field dependencies of electromodulated photoluminescence and photocurrents as well as the magnetic field effects on photocurrents, photovoltaic characteristics, electromodulated photoluminescence and photoluminescence have been investigated in vacuum evaporated films of m-MTDATA:BCP (4,4?,4?-tris(N-(3-methylphenyl)-N-phenylamino)triphenylamine and bathocuproine) system.
