Abstract
We synthesized Ti oxide nano-porous structure on the surface of Ti–Cu amorphous alloy in a HNO3 solution using a dealloying method. The influences of HNO3 concentration, reaction temperature and load voltage on the morphology of the nano-porous structure were investigated. The mean diameter of nano pores was about 50 nm and the thickness of pore walls is about 100 nm. The nano-porous surface was composed of Ti and Cu oxides.
