Abstract
In this work, Al-Ti-oxide coated LiCoO2 material is synthesized by a one-step solid-state reaction and then coated with Al-Ti oxide via a wet chemical method. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy results indicate that, for the Al-Ti-oxide coated LiCoO2 material, Al3+ is partly doped into the host structure near the surface; however, Ti4+ is hardly incorporated into the bulk structure of LiCoO2. In addition, the amorphous Al-Ti oxide coating layer on the surface of the Al-Ti-oxide coated LiCoO2 material is proved by scanning electron microscopy, scanning transmission electron microscopy and high-angle annular dark-field imaging with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Electrochemical tests verify that the Al-Ti-oxide coated LiCoO2 material achieves a discharge capacity of 180.1 mAh g?1 after 100 cycles in the range 3.0
Microsoft is Ending Support for Windows 7
Microsoft will discontinue support for Windows 7 on January 14, 2020 which means Gamry will also be discontinuing support for Windows 7.
